Terms & Conditions for Workshop Bookings

1. Eligibility:  Workshops are open to participants aged 7 years and upwards.

2. Booking Policy:  Once booked, workshops are non-refundable. However, bookings may be transferred to another person or date with at least two weeks’ written notice via email to info@littleadultsadgency.co.uk. Transfers are subject to availability.

3. Attitude and Participation:  Participants must come with a positive attitude, ready to learn and work in a team environment.

4. Conduct: All participants must be sober and free from drugs or substances during the workshop. Any participant found in violation will be asked to leave without a refund.

5. Filming and Photography: No filming or photography is allowed on the premises without prior written consent from the owner of Little Adults.

6. Discounts: Any discounts provided are non-monetary and cannot be exchanged for cash. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

7. Changes to Offers: Offers and discounts may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Little Adults.

8. Liability: Little Adults will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants. However, participants attend workshops at their own risk, and Little Adults is not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property during the sessions.

9. Cancellations: In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled by Little Adults, participants will be offered an alternative date, it will be at the discretion of the Company Director of Little Adults to offer a full refund.

10. Behaviour:  Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Little Adults reserves the right to remove participants who do not adhere to the rules, without a refund.

11. Health and Safety: Participants must notify Little Adults in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

By booking a workshop, participants (or their guardians, if under 18) agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.
